- Reproduction size & quantity — if applicable
- Term — 1, 3, or 5 years (or perpetual for Exclusive)
- Geography — single location, regional, national, or worldwide
- Premium use? — product packaging, broadcast, paid ads, or merchandise add 1.75×
- Timeline — when do you need delivery?

We respond within 1 business day. Quotes hold for 14 days.
What happens next
- We confirm scope and send a fixed quote (PDF) within 1 business day.
- You approve in writing (email is fine).
- We send a license agreement and invoice (50% to start for Exclusive; net-15 for Standard/Extended).
- On payment, we deliver high-res files within 3 business days and the signed license PDF.
