Refund policy

Assured Artwork provides digital artwork for licensing. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are subject to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final After Delivery
Once artwork files have been delivered to the client, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. Digital artwork cannot be returned, revoked, or “unseen,” and licensing rights are granted upon delivery.

Revision Policy
Minor revisions may be requested prior to final delivery, within the scope of the original agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside of scope may incur additional fees.

File Delivery = License Activation
Upon delivery of final files, the agreed-upon licensing rights are considered active and fulfilled. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted after this point.

Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• The artwork was never delivered
• The delivered file is corrupted or unusable and cannot be reasonably corrected
• The final deliverable materially deviates from the approved proof

Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing, the client agrees to this policy and waives the right to initiate chargebacks for delivered digital goods that meet the agreed-upon scope.
