Assured Artwork provides digital artwork for licensing. No physical products are shipped.


1. Digital Delivery Only

All artwork is delivered electronically. No physical items will be mailed or shipped.


2. Delivery Method

Final artwork files are delivered via one or more of the following methods:

  • Secure download link
  • Email delivery
  • Access through your account (if applicable)

Delivery method may vary depending on the product and platform used at checkout.


3. Delivery Timing

  • Standard delivery occurs immediately after purchase or within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24–48 hours]
  • Custom or modified artwork may require additional processing time, which will be communicated prior to purchase

4. File Access Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Assured Artwork is not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible files after successful delivery.


5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe:

We will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver files if delivery issues occur.


6. File Format & Compatibility

Artwork is delivered in standard digital formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF, or other specified formats). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their intended use.


7. No Physical Shipping

As Assured Artwork sells digital goods only:

  • Shipping fees do not apply
  • Tracking numbers will not be provided
  • Shipping carriers are not used
