Standard Commercial — $450 / piece
One physical location. Print and display, up to 60×90″. 5-year term, auto-renew at 50%. Non-exclusive.
Best for: single-project specs, small hospitality groups, corporate buildouts.
Extended Commercial — $1,800 / piece (Recommended)
Up to 25 properties under one operator. Includes digital marketing rights (web, email, paid social, OOH) for the licensee’s brand. 7-year term, auto-renew at 40%. Category-soft exclusivity (no direct competitor in the same vertical / DMA).
Best for: hotel chains, healthcare networks, multi-site corporate, large design firms.
Exclusive / Buyout — from $7,500 / piece
Worldwide, all-media, in perpetuity. Image is retired from our catalog within 5 business days of contract. Includes physical, digital, merchandise, broadcast, packaging, and derivative works. Artist retains copyright.
Best for: brand identity programs, flagship campaigns, packaging launches.
Premium pieces (signature works and archive pulls): 1.75× list across all tiers — Standard $790, Extended $3,150, Exclusive from $13,125.

What’s included with each license?
Print-ready TIFF (300 dpi, CMYK + RGB), watermarked JPEG preview, and a signed license certificate (PDF) tied to the buyer and the use scope. Extended adds layered source files where available, a 4K motion loop for digital screens, and a brand-usage style sheet. Exclusive adds the master TIFF, signed Artist Statement, and a transfer-of-license certificate suitable for inclusion in your brand book.
Can I upgrade a license later?
Yes. Standard upgrades to Extended at the difference between current list prices. Extended upgrades to Exclusive on a per-piece quote.
How fast do I get the files?
Print-ready files are delivered within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Exclusive contracts are delivered within 5 business days alongside the catalog removal.
